  Excellent scenery, menu, service and atmosphere. The braised meats were particularly good. The fish was slightly overcooked on two occasions but sides were sensational.

  To start, I've never once complained to a restaurant over the quality of my meal.
  
  If you want a super subpar meal, this is the place to go. The orecchette was comprised of woody rapini (the manager tried to say that is the texture of the plant, though I've grown it before), an odd mix of both undercooked and overcooked pasta, and a tiny portion for what you pay (I actually had to go and eat again after). It also tasted like a bowl of salt.
  
  Both of the people I ate with also had terrible meals, but were too polite to say anything. The tourtierre meal looked as though it came fresh from the microwave, and the lamb curry looked equally disappointing.
  
  A 50 minute wait for our food to arrive, followed by the most disappointing dining experience I've ever had. The only thing The Inn has going for it is good servers, and good beer. Aside from that, they are just another tourist trap preying on rich imbeciles.
  
  If I could rate less than 1 star, I would.

  Wife and I thought we give this place a chance. We reviewed menu pricing and decided why not.... we ordered a ceaser salad $8, 10oz steak $32, bottle of wine $31. we were seated on time, took 30 minutes for our appetizer and about another 20 minutes for bread that wasn't served warm and about another 35 minutes for our order of medium rare steak which arrived medium well on a hot plate.
  
  Salad was definitely not worth $8 and the steak was definitely not worth $32... steak had no flavour to it and was dull. You could taste the oil off the pot or grill they cooked it on.
  
  For this price I'd expect amazing food. Unfortunately not a place I would go the second time.
  
  The bar staff was also throwing "F" bombs as they were chit chatting away on their personal life..... sure chit chat away but for clientele purpose and customer service sake keep it professional.
  
  I was hoping this would be an amazing experience as our cottage isn't too far from here and we would have loved it for the view of the lake but.... I'll be saving my money and I'll cook my own steak... sorry folks.

  Their food is delicious, I prefer their lunch menu, but that's cause I love a good sandwich. They brew and serve their own beer, which is quite good as well. Take a look at the Glenora Ferry before or after your meal. It is a lovely place for lunch and dinner.

  Nice location, Nice atmosphere, Food is good, but not as good as you expect it to be. I've been 5 times, and I always order a steak - and 5 times its never cooked right; close, but not right. But I still eat it, not one to waste food when there are hungry people in the world. My guests have all enjoyed their meals. But for me, its not hard to cook a steak right.....
